The only pain here is that if we have different workflows or different projects with the room, we would have to add this to every single. No, you don't. You can you can just map the the workflows to the columns because in general, they are almost right. The number one tip is especially as a product and engineering team, sit down and think about how your workflow should look like. And then I have an additional one for the GRA team, actually. So I like using GRA still and still using it even as an independent coach.
