Why You Shouldn't Fast From Exercise

Fasting from exercise is a good idea if you're trying to lose weight or put on muscle. You can use fastening to get more out of exercise than you would expect, because you want imtor levels high. I call it tripling down an exercise. Wake up, drink your coffee. Wat while, right before you can have a meal, exercise. And it can just be some squats and push up,. But you can do a full whatever you want to do, and then eat within a half hour  and have some protein - but not high glyciemi carbs.
