I hadn't exactly thought of it this way. So you're suggesting that sometimes people might not want to be a manager because they don't know how or and I thought of it as more that they just don't want to be bothered. But I'm suggesting sometimes they don'tknow how. A manager can either make it harder or they can make it better for the team and for themselves as well. Life is hard. This is a it's hard working. You've got your family. You somebody cuts you off in traffic. Then you finally get to work and you have to perform.
