In the TED talk, I think about authenticity in terms of replacing those have tos with I am choosing to. And this idea that that like little reframing, I actually think is really provocative,. Because it shifts the responsibility, or it shifts the motivation, not from that thing that's outside of ourselves - but our own ability to make those choices.
