California's Climate Crisis Isn't Over Yet, Right?
The state is giving p g and e a one point four billion dollar loan to do this work, to extend the life of the plant. Some people expressed apprehension, because that's a lot of money that they say potentially could have gone to renewable energy infor structure. I mean, the other side of it, of course, is that the nuclear is largely carbon free, which is very, very attractive right now as we're facing this climate crisis.
