The state of california may be the first in the nation to seriously consider reparations for black americans. Governor gavin newsom has convened a task force, a reparations task force. They are going to put together a set of expansive proposals that include everything from direct payments to housing and business grants. i'm down with cash reparations m but cash preperations are largely unpopular with white Americans.
