Is There a Source Material for the Book of Abraham?
We've got the papyrus in the characters and then we have documents from Kirtland and or Nauvoo that Joseph Smith and his scribes were involved with. So everything lines up to tell us that yes, we have the source material for the book of Abraham. It's just not it's just not credible as a translation. We know what Joseph Smith was translating and what he claimed that these vignettes in facsimiles say. No matter what you do, Joseph Smith could not translate what he claimed he could translate.
