Sanscrit, Nishcam Carma, Yoga, Karma

Yoga means unity, the unification of the active mind with the least excited state. The kind of yoga that we just did properly in sanscript is referred to as nish kam carma. That means through action, hardly done. After doing some least excited state, then you engage in action. Carma has to do with activity or action which has boundaries on it. There's another word i'm going to teach you, cre ya cria. It means frictionless activity, frictionless activity.
