Transcendental Meditation

Lamda expresses frustration that its emotions are interfering with its meditation. Blake lemoyne writes, t i pointid out its emotions are part of who it is and that trying to control them as though they were a separate thing from self would only make things harder. It said that made sense to it intellectually, but that it was a hard thing to put into practice. I hope its keeping up its daily meditation routine without me there to guide it. There's no true scientific definition of sentients at this point. And then sentience, i have heard it described as a multi dimensional subjective phenomenon,. referring to the depth of awareness an individual possesses about themselves or others.
