Using Chat GPT to Improve General Purpose Artificial Intelligence
In some ways these models are almost like a human who has a brain injury, like a selective brain injury. And that's where these models tend to be struggling. If we're completely deferring to a machine or to these other things because it does all the thinking for us in a very human way, I think that is going to get suboptimal results compared to the paired AI. So if you want to advance general purpose, artificial intelligence, you need to look at the edges and see what human abilities do they like.
