The author argues that we should focus on making life better for those who lack a diploma. He says the duty of society is to do both, individual achievement and team excellence. The olympic work incredibly rare because people are competing in which they are never going to be much higher than six or seven years old. But at the end of the day, they have great gifts but their ability to be extraordinary is really extraordinary.
