Resistance training is what i think most people really struggle with, says Gran. We have two different programmes for men and a programme for women. There are basically a lot of the same movements but they're very basic. It's just jus move. Justike ev, just get more steps in. And so if someone's not sure about how an exercise or what i's supposed to look like, we have videos up that'll show them exactly how to do it. This book is really for this.
