Do You Track Performance and Reliability?
We have very heavy monitoring systems, and we think a lot about what kind of interactions users are doing on the app. And so when certain actions drop that gives us a signal that hey we might have messed something up here. Some of it could be, you know, maybe we had a machine learning model that went bad. Or maybe we know we broke part of the app, and we didn't have the right level monitoring to sort of track it.
