Leadership Is Critical When It Comes to Change
Everyone's got a frame of reference where oh it didn't quite work and yet those very same people will then think oh but it'll work this time when I'm in charge. We kind of overestimate our ability to convince others and bring people with us again, she says. The key here is not the reliance on the person but an establishing a system so that regardless who's in the leadership seat or any other seat um that it keeps going.
