Is Automation Going to Have a White Collar Impact?
A 1% tax or some very small rate on top of compute cost would make complete sense. This type of tax is easy to administer as all the cloud providers have that data anyways, and it scales easily with increased automation. My take is an automation funded universal basic income is probably the right long term answer for many governments.
