The Buffalo Trace: A Day to Day Guide
The original trail is around 164. The northern section of the Ozark Highland Trail isn't fully done yet. It's really well-blazed during that first 164 miles. But I would say it's pretty unsafe to send someone who's looking to do a standard hike into unblazed sections.
