The Energy Secretary's Comments on Oil Bottoming

We're going to be bouncing off all of these data releases as we head through the summer until we can get some kind of clarity, I suppose. And I definitely wouldn't take the administration at their word in any capacity in terms of being a buyer of fossil fuels. They've come up with excuses like it needs maintenance and we're waiting and originally the price wasn't right. So I've got a list of three excuses that they've used so far to not refill the SPR.
