i think it's hard, harder for a boss to understand the people that work for yous personality, yes. And i think that that's a mistake. It's the boss's responsibility to be able to identify. So if they want to learn about agronomy, or do they want to learning about scheduling and and, ou know, stacking work and n getting work to go across a morning in and stay in front of play? Or do they really wants to really understand about plants? Do they really want to understand about about the cultural aspects of ecronomy,or anything?
