We are leaders who happen to be women. That’s all. Gender shouldn’t define our opportunities or limitations. It shouldn’t dictate whether we’re a good leader or a bad one. It shouldn’t be the thing that holds us back from leading, nor should it be an excuse to be given opportunities that we haven’t earned.
