Is Politics?

Is it reasonable that perhaps this, you know, to use that example, one man may let the other man eat the toxic berries because he thinks it's ah in his own interest? I personally like franz oppenheimer's definition of the political and economic means. He defines them as the only two ways to to alocate scarce resources. So we are no longer with voluntary, an mutual beneficial exchange. But here we have one party applying force or violence to take the property of someone. And i think that is a very useful way to looking at things. It's not as wishy washy as a democrat or a publican or left and right.
