The Cold Plunge

The goal is to get as much of your body under that cold water is possible. Start out at 15 seconds letting it hit the whole back of your body from the neck down all the way to your legs. Do you have to bring a stopwatch in? No, you can just count to 15. It's the difference between breath in versus calm breath out. I'll teach more about that when I talk about the cold plunge when it's even more important. If you're trying to fight low energy, low mood, energy, or depression, end on cold. But if you're already geared up like myself, go in the morning with norepinephrine and dopamine.
