The Negative Side of Being a Storyboard Artist

Is there a dark side to being a storyboard artist or the career path that you've taken? It's kind of a very solitary thing sometimes when you're working on your own projects. That can essentially affect your personal relationships, which I think there can be a real bad side. And yeah, there was a time where I neglected going out with friends and paying attention to my girlfriend and that kind of stuff. So yes, there is the downside to doing all this kind of stuff but it's probably good that we talk about it.
