Design Systems - What Are the Challenges?
I'm interested from a content perspective, whether there are any specific challenges. I know that you do talk a lot about structured content. It's more of an opportunity area that a lot of people aren't doing anything with. One really common thing is the idea that design systems are just this kind of point in time thing that you introduced to an organization. And then they're suddenly able to support all of your digital infrastructure and that you need to get to that point as quickly as possible. But actually, the way that I see it now is over time we're reducing a duplication of effort. We're reducing in efficiencies in our processes. And that happens gradually.
