Are You a Minister of Education and You Have a Mounted Change Assessment?
If you're your school minister you've got a mounted change assessment for the better once you're planning much. There hasn't been that much discussion about assessment in the last few years. tom richmond edsk puts forward an interesting model which is kind of a rolling assessment model as you move through primary schools. The government just wants a number at the beginning and a numbers at the end so it's created a number to measure from a government point of view. If we used assessments at key stage one it distorted things so we've taken that away, put in place this perception baseline assessment which is problematic in all kinds of ways but at the same time it's a number.
