The Hour of the Time

The Hour of the Time was hosted by a man named Bill Cooper. He beamed the show from his bunker of a house, settled on a remote hilltop in southeast Arizona. When the fairness doctrine was still in play, Cooper would have had a hard time getting any airtime at all. Rush Limbaugh paved the way for Cooper to make wild claims about the state of our country.
