Inspections for a Dry House
The next inspection will be after you rough in all the mechanicals, they'll come do the framing and all the rough inspections at the same time. And then from there, you're starting to put in like the finishing of the sheetrock, the floorings last. So we are not quite in the dry. They have vapor barrier around the walls. But until they put in the windows and then the roofer will come and put down a barrier, basically roofing paper on the roof.
