How to Hire a Good Candidate for a Job
We use what's known as the Curesy Temperament Sorter 2. The goal of this is to understand personalities, both temperaments and characteristics. If a person hits below a certain number on the CDAT test, they're not a candidate for a role in our organization. We use the Based on Johnson's Spiritual Gift Analysis. This is designed to give us an insight into a person's spiritual gifts.
