Laura, I wanted to ask you about your experience at the nuclear weapons plant and how that ties into resilience. It really required me to become resilient. But in terms of my own resilience, I went too far. I worked to the point of breaking. And when I see how much of that was in the organization and what it required me to be successful there,. I don't want any of that for my kids. Yeah, I don’t want that any for any young people really. And I do hope that things are shifting.
