I was noticing myself at the end of last year procrastinating with everything in my life every day I'd wake up in journal like here's all the shit I want to get done today and then I wouldn't get any of it done every single day. So I decided on a Thursday that I was going to run a marathon on Saturday and this is with having run a total of about three miles in the previous three years so extreme maybe yes but I did it  it was actually fine for like first 14 miles and then after that it became brutal. It has made work and the many forms I'm doing right now so much more enjoyable and it has led to a richness of my life
