How Do You Build Ideation Into a System?

Each week, i set aside 30 minutes each day to idiate. I can create two pieces of promotional content, 20 pieces of short form content, a thread, a carasel and six business posts simply by following the instructions on my screen. By the time iam done, i have a ten step process. And now each monday morning, i can open up step one, and by the end of the day, i can create a news letter. That list grows and grows and grows, and then the content operating system changes.
