Do You Do Breath Work on Your Own?

When somebody wants to do breath work alone, i send them towards wim largely because it's, for the most part, safe. The reason i don't think somebody should try to do holotripic breath work so low, especially without years of experience is that the same thing can happen under a psychodelic substance, can't happen in a psychidelic experience.
