"Nobody tends to ask except for one employee in particular that I do have a good relationship with but I'm hoping to expand that with some of the other employees," he said. "I will verbally approach that face-to-face or a one-on-one with my leadership and say okay hey this is I'm seeing this as a reoccurring issue how do you want to best address it?" He added: "Honey versus vinegar right so engage them and bring them in with with asking questions getting them to ask questions back."
