I think the biggest one that actually works or so we're told because we do it too is finding the cracks of your day. Every day everybody has little bits of time. So if you're struggling with, I don't have time, then for three days in a row, write down the time you wake up till the time you go to bed every hour. And then you'll really quickly realize you have a lot more time than you probably thought. It's just going to places that doesn't need to be going.
