Lamar Alexander: It's always been hard to pass legislation in the Senate for a good reason. He says that if Republicans or Democrats come up with an extreme proposal, there will be some members of their own party who won't go along with it. "I do believe that if you get big majorities in the Senate, you'll have a drive to impose radical legislation on the country," he adds.
