Stevie Wonder's Another Star was a big reference for Begin Again. B-52s on a song called Shake the Bottle, Donna Summer and Earth Wind and Fire were also inspirations. Do you think about how the songs work with your voice? Are they designed to sit within your range in a particular way so you can hit that sweet spot in the car? I don't think that is my range.
