The Pros and Cons of Facial Hair

As I reach the end of my cycle now, I have hair on my face. And I don't know if I should get rid of it completely or keep it and trim it to make it more refined. What do you think viewers? I'm putting this one to the listeners of the podcast. Do I look better with or without facial hair?
