Now secondly, regarding your driver seat issue, every once in a blue moon, my seat won't fully complete its movements from easy entry to my profile when I get in the car. But again, this only happens to me on really rare occasions. So if Tesla can't figure it out, I'd think they'd have to replace the seat under warranty.
