Whitley: I'm going to be talking about among other things, communicating with them and what it's like. In 1989, this object that's touching for those who are listening to the music, or listening rather than watching, I'm touching the back of my left ear where I can feel a little bump. That is an object that is, I use for communication with the visitors and I'll go into in the lecture exactly how that works. The people who don't know really much about these things all of us say, well, it's a tracking device. Whitley: It took me many years to understand its purpose and to use it as an extraordinary research tool.
