It turns out that sensitive people doing the same task from both cultures, their brains were not working harder on the one that did not belong to their culture. It was as if they could see the correct answer without having their culture affect it. We don't know how this actually applies, because our sense of people are sensitive to being stared at and and feeling embarrassed. That might alter their behaviour when it comes down to being a conformist or not. So i it's a kind of leadership, again, that you can not be carried along by your collective experience as much.
