Vaccine Responses in EED Mice

In EED mice, including the oral vaccine, they were fine. It's only the responses of the mucosa. We're arguing and this is clearly shown by others in the literature that the immunity is compartmentalized. You can shut down immunity in your small intestine to leave everything else along. Those bugs that spend time in that inner mucus layer are the most potent enducers of regulatory T cells.
