C++ Standard Inclusive Scan
A pre scan is definitely M plus one. Scan is N and if you want to hear about post scan, which goes from N to N minus one, go listen to a raycast episode. In C++ standard inclusive scan does the same thing if you don't provide an initial value. But in this, if you're using inclusive scan and you specify a knit to be 10, then you're going to end up with 11, 12, 13, 14, 15,. I could be wrong about this. It's incredibly confusing that is there another algorithm in C plus plus that has a overload that was basically an optional? I can't think of a single one.
