Is Christ Mediating the Efficient Cause of the Grace?

I'm trying, I'm just trying to wrap my head around it. If there isn't a minister where, how is the grace being mediated? I guess that's, that's my question. So as the sac, I can tell, is the sacrament still working as an efficient cause of grace? Yeah. Christ is directly mediating the efficient cause of the grace directly, directly into the, the interior life, the soul, whatever of this church.
