In Poland, national identity and Catholicism are connected against Nazi pressure. In the Czech Republic as opposed to Slovakia? There was a first sense of it's that the Austro-Hungarian Empire imposes its power on the Czech people. And then part of the resistance becomes Protestant and anti-Catholic or not Catholic, not state. So there's this like really like very complex combination of back and forth between how to think about Christianity and the state in this Czech context.
