Many argue that we don't require the law in cryptocurrency world. Once a Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency is transferred from one party to another, that is recorded for all time on the distributed ledger on the blockchain. It's possible to trace exactly who owns what by simply looking at theBlockchain. And wallet ownership is decisive as to ownership. So why do we need the law? not so fast of the law commission.
