How Do You Deal With Volatility?

Markets are very rational, not only during mania phases, but also during during the bottoms of bear markets. So i remember just thinking, like, it's just random, right? You can't, you can't really fully understand the volatility, why the price moves the way it does. Its irrational. And then it's a brital cycle. I don't understand why they're not more valuable than they werean i just sort of rationalize it to myself as thinking that markets are just irrational and eventually, once they become a bit more rational,. It'll become more obvious to people, and then they'll get irrational again in an opposite direction.
