The Importance of Listening to Marginalized People
The platform obviously tries to elevate the voices of marginalized people so we can better support them by hearing their voices. But I don't know if you want to go in that direction or identity politics. The Bible does not address homosexuality as a sexual orientation, much less condemned. There are an awful lot of people out there who identify as homosexual who have never engaged in any kind of same-sex intercourse. And so the Bible's not addressing them at all, but it gets weaponized against them. We usually don't bring up politics too much, but I think it's appropriate to talk about that kind of a topic too.
