The reform of institutions and that includes basically the first or foremost of the Parliament. And the unavoidable transfers across national borders can then be also taken into consideration. But in listening to my last sentences you will imagine that most observers and almost all filaments and most of the citizens fall up their hands at this foreign and latest policy.
