You Don't Ever Have to Read This Book, or Maybe She Never Will
I knew I was writing a book for my daughter that would be a legacy of these first years, that first five years we spent together as two grieving hearts around the loss of her dad. And so I hope that what she's learning is that, you know, they talk about it. She's not read the book yet, or maybe she never will. The point is that I want, if someone reads this book and they have no idea what grief ever is felt like, but they land on planet grief, I want this book to be like, offer some guideposts of what could look like on planet grief.
