The Moral Ecology of Christian Leadership Formation

The Surge Network is trying to develop among the churches and its fellowships some of the practices that sustained the moral ecologies of marginalized Christian communities in North America and Latin America. When we start talking about creating organizational cultures and communities in which Christians can grow in character and conviction, we're describing the work of a moral ecology. And I think one of the tragedies in Christian American leadership is we're looking at how does this planter or this pastor achieve great things for God.
