I think of the product managers when we did a survey at Women in Product, only 30% had either computer science or even a technical degree like engineering. And that's absolutely okay. You clearly need different perspectives to build products that work for everyone. I could see such opportunity for Facebook to be so powerful for moms because I could see that world.
